YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD RESORT

Step outside and discover your own backyard playground. Spend the day floating in the heated (for a fee) saltwater pool, soaking in the hot tub, or working on your short game with two putting greens complete with sand traps.



Challenge friends to ping pong, gather around the fire pit after sunset, or enjoy dinner beneath the covered patio while watching the game on the outdoor TV. Thoughtfully designed for entertaining and relaxation, the backyard offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy Jacksonville Beach living.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

Inside, the newly renovated interior offers bright, welcoming spaces with an open layout that makes gathering easy. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, creating the perfect setting for family meals and movie nights.

• Large island seating for 3 and dining table with seating for 4

ROOM FOR EVERYONE

The main home offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while the detached casita creates a private retreat for grandparents, teens, or couples wanting a little extra space.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
