2 Bed/2.5 Bath Townhome In Gorgeous Timeless Amelia Island Steps from the Beach

All you need is your bathing suit! Come stay in our lovely completely renovated, well stocked, 2BR/2.5BA townhome located just 1 block from the beach. Private shaded backyard with grill and outdoor dining area for relaxing after a day at the beach. We provide everything you need from beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagon. The house is squeaky clean, easy to access with door code, and includes ample parking. Sleeps 7. Master bedroom suite has balcony overlooking the shaded backyard, the second bedroom has a queen, and we have a queen sized pull out couch in the living room with a luxurious sleep number mattress, plus an extra child's bed that folds easily out of the way when not in use. Please note our townhome has two sets of stairs. We are located in the highly sought after mid-island, close to everything. I block from the white sandy Amelia Island Beach, 4 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach with great restaurants, shopping and lovely Saturday Farmer's Market, 3 miles from Ft. Clinch State Park. Nearby activities include horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, Jacksonville zoo. Come stay and make this a vacation you won't ever forget.

This is a great place! Clean, a lot of stuff was provided, like coffee pods, TP, little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion which is quality stuff. The backyard had a grill, nice back porch and yard, unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the yard much. Front load washer and dryer. Nicely decorated with seaside decor.Hosts are friendly and available.

Great property and great location

Beach condo is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our week stay. The owner provides everything you can imagine including umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, shampoo, toys, books…… made it much easier to pack. Great location with just a short Walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable as well.

Fernandina Beach condo

We stayed for about a month. It was for the most part, very nice. Very good for 2-3 people. We had no problem with the steep stairs but not good for people with mobility problems. I would very much recommend this property.

Perfect Walk to the Beach

The condo was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfortable - better than at home. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrise and then short walks later. Everything about the condo was just as described including quick responses from Sally to our questions and having lunch on the deck.

Comfortable and clean in a great location

This is a beautifully decorated and updated three level place. Beach access is within a three minute walk and we enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware and coffee, both caff and decaf so me and the hubby were both happy. Sally was a great host and responded to questions almost immediately. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but a few minute drive to grocery stores and other shopping. We really enjoyed exploring Amelia Island and would stay here again.

Yes, there are stairs, that keeps you physically fit so no worries!!!! The owners were super kind & helpful when we couldn’t get the heat on. So close to the beach, the River to Sea walking/biking trail, Sliders (a great place to eat on the beach) great shrimp. We actually walked on the beach to get there. So Fun! Drove to Ft. Clinch State park, amazing fort & beach. Had a nice washer & dryer. Was warm enough to eat on the deck one evening. Also a super nice couple lives next door. A very comfortable place to stay!!!

Everything you need

The accommodations were as described in the listing. This was a very clean property with all the amenities of home and included everything you would need for the beach, which is a short walk away. The neighbors were great. We loved Amelia Island; the beaches were not crowded and once you got away from the shore the Live Oaks and other vegetation was lush. It was refreshing to see that people conserved trees when they built their homes. A lot restaurants with great food. The bike trails were nice, but there were plenty of road bikers on island making use of the bike lanes on the roads as well. We rented some nice hybrids from Super Corsa bicycles. We would visit Amelia again and would this property again. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

It is a lovely townhome. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds! Easy walk to beach. TVs are great and easy to use. We will always rent here except when my elderly Mom is with us due to the two sets of stairs. Love this property.
