This was my 2nd stay at this property and it will be the first place I check for my next trip there. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach. Perfect.

Great Location Great Place

It was an excellent property located in a fantastic spot. It was near the beach and a bunch of local restaurants. The property itself was spacious, clean, and had a great beachy theme. I could not recommend this place more.

Everything was wonderful! The condo is in an excellent area very close to the beach. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. Condo was stocked with everything we needed, very clean and the beds are comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect. Lynne was a very compassionate caring host. We were coming from hurricane Helene and this was the perfect stay. Condo is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed and very clean. Easy to get in and out of without a lot of stairs. We will definitely return. Thank you Lynne.

Quiet Beach Retreat

We love Amelia Landing because it's tucked back off the road but within easy reach of restaurants and activities. The condo was very comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a day at the beach and the pool. It was a great week!

Perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, and the porch was a wonderful perk. Lynn was very helpful and attentive during our stay. Ask her about the shortcut to the beach; it only took us about 7 minutes to get there with two kids. Sliders Seaside Grill was right there on the beach as well, and they have awesome food and live music. Will definitely go back!

Girls trip

Love this condo. Our second year here. Great location and quiet atmosphere. Owner very attentive to needs and requests ( suggested Keurig and was there when we arrived. ) she also provides lots of extras for her renters.

Amelia Island amazing. Many nearby state parks with beautiful, undeveloped beaches. Property itself nestled into wooded area. Large pool, walk to Fernandina city beach. Everything you need nearby. Condo has fabulous porch. Lynn, the host, always responsive and helpful.

Tranquil and restful condo

The condo is in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, town, fort clinch, etc. It has a huge screened in porch wrap around facing greenspace. Beds comfortable, nice layout, plush towels, kitchen fully equipped. Nice extras: Gallon of water and snacks. Would highly recommend.
