Drive in beneath a canopy of live oaks and a pale blue cottage with white shutters and a covered front porch comes into view, a tall wood fence closing in the yard behind it. Inside, vinyl plank floors run through an open living, dining, and kitchen space where ceiling fans turn and daylight pours in. THE FENCED YARD AND DECK

The backyard is the standout. A spacious fully fenced yard wraps a private wooden deck, with outdoor furniture for morning coffee, a charcoal grill for slow evenings, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Live oaks throw shade over the deck, and the privacy is rare for an island rental. Dogs are welcome, and the fence gives them room to run. Yard maintenance is included, so there is never a mower or a chore to think about on a long stay.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is open, bright, and easy to live in. A deep gray sectional faces a smart streaming TV, ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the vinyl plank flooring wipes clean after beach days and muddy paws. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together, so whoever is cooking is still part of the evening.

KITCHEN & DINING

The renovated kitchen is built for cooking every day, not just once. Gray cabinetry and stainless steel appliances frame a large island with bar seating, and the refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ice maker are all here. Coffee comes from a Keurig or a full pot, with a toaster, a blender, and complete cookware ready for weeknight dinners. A dining table for six sits beside the island for shared meals.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The queen bedroom and the full bedroom sit together on one side of the home, while the primary suite on the other side has a king bed, a twin bed, a smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in tile shower. The split floor plan gives everyone privacy over a long stay, and ample closet and storage space means you can unpack properly. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combo serves the guest bedrooms.

WORK AND LONG STAY LIVING

WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to work remotely, and a full size washer and dryer keep a month of laundry simple. The home comes fully furnished, with extra pillows and blankets, an iron, a hair dryer, towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and a starter supply of essentials for roughly the first 24 hours. It suits snowbirds, traveling nurses and professionals, remote workers, relocating families, and anyone needing furnished housing for a month or more.

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. The minimum stay is 30 nights. No early check ins or late check outs are available from March through November. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $75 per dog, up to 2 dogs.
