Children swimming must be attended by adults at all times. No diving or running! Pool is not gated. Swim at your own risk!
Trash to be placed large garbage bin for Friday pickup. Recycle pickup on Wednesday. Yard mowing and pool cleaning every other week by the host.

John is a great host, very responsive to any needs. All rooms are very clean. The master bedroom is awesome with the big tv in it and access to the patio and pool. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anybody wanting to visit the St John’s area.

Very nice rental. Check in very smooth, owner very responsive. Pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. Great mattresses on beds. This is an older home, but it was clean with a terrific floor plan. A better equipped kitchen (Full set of dishes, eating utensils, and coffee mugs) would elevate this to an excellent rating.

I gave this house 5 stars because this house has plenty of space, very clean and outside area with the screen in pool was a nice additions room.
