Enjoy the best of beachside living in this newly built 4BR/2.5BA Jacksonville Beach townhome. Unwind in the spacious living room or pool, challenge friends to a game in the garage, and take a short 10-minute stroll to the beach or nearby local eateries. This modern coastal retreat perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and entertainment, ideal for families, friends, or couples alike.

POOL CAN NOT BE HEATED TILL FEBRUARY 1st

- Private pool ***Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F
- Game Room with Arcade-Style Fun and Family Favorites (with A/C)
- Beach cart with chairs, toys, and beach towels for easy trips to the shore
- 5-minute bike ride / 10-minute walk to the beach

- Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent

Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and loss of rent/deposit.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. A charge of $350 - $1000 will apply for any signs of indoor smoking, which we actively monitor.
