Updated tile, paint, crown molding, granite countertops, brand new refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker can all be yours with a fully equipped kitchen (drip & Kruger coffee makers, oven toaster, blender, counter grill, microwave, oven, electric stove top, etc).

Capps on the Intracoastal Water is an all time top- of-the-list for everything. Usually a wait, but the view while you wait is worth it. You can also order drinks & food (apps) while you wait. This is a gem, hostess was so kind to us as we needed to extend our stay twice. The beach view is wonderful and king bed very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and several good restaurants very close by. We hope to be back soon.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located on the Oceanside. Amazing sunrises and a beautiful beach for our early morning walks. Spent every evening sitting in the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf looking out at the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine. Highly recommended!!

Love this place!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The beautiful view and ability to walk straight out to the beach is just one of the reason I would want to stay here whenever I am in the area. The apartment is extremely clean, has beautiful decor, and is very quiet, not to mention one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Donna is the ultimate hostess, making sure your stay is worry free. The multiple amenities and extras Donna provides eliminates those frequent trips to the store to get those small things needed when traveling. We hope to visit again soon!

It was a fantastic stay, amenities left nothing out that made it a wonderful place to stay. Just ten steps to the walkway down to the beach. The owner provided us with plenty of restaurant selections. Our favorite was Aunt Kate’s. Ten minutes to a Publix and stores. Overall rating should be a 10.

This property is perfectly located. Literally 9-10 steps from your sliding glass door to a pier that puts you on the beach. Shopping and great dining nearby. Everything was wonderful!! Loved the location. The only issues we had was the hallway as getting repainted, new carpet so alot of dust was brought into the condo. And a ceiling fan would have been helpful in the bedroom as it was hotter than the rest of the condo. BUt overall, a wonderful experience.

A Healing Oasis by the Beach – Perfect for Mayo Clinic Visitors

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property was incredibly well-stocked and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The porch quickly became our favorite spotβ€”we spent every evening there watching the sun set over the ocean. It was the kind of peace and beauty you don’t realize you need until you have it.The private beach was absolutely pristineβ€”quiet, clean, and calming. It was a true retreat.We were in town for appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and while the Clinic spoke to my physical health, coming β€œhome” to this property each day was what my soul needed. It gave me space to rest, reflect, and truly feel at ease during a challenging time.The location is also incredibly convenient to the Mayo Clinic, making it an ideal choice for out-of-town patients looking for somewhere serene and off-campus to stay. I plan to book this property again for future visitsβ€”it was everything I hoped for and more.Sincere thank you to the host for providing an amazing space, excellent communication and having literally everything we needed.

Ocean Front Retreat

Approaching this oasis, we were greeted by a premium parking space that was closest to the entrance of this amazing property. Entering the living room, we found smart furniture and a 65" TV. Which we enjoyed winding down in the evenings. The king size bed was so comfortable with luxious sheets. (We plan to purchase the same brand for our home.). We noticed how a solid night sleep enhanced our experience. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. By the way, there are shops and restaurants near by. We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee on the lenai while watching vividly colorful sunrises. Just through the glass doors from the lenai, we enjoyed access to a private beach. The ocean sounds and breeze made walks on the sand extremely peaceful. The host was easily accessible and responsive. WELL RECOMMENDED!

Great 3 day stay

We lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.
