Important Update: Beginning March 2025, Amelia by the Sea will undergo vital structural improvements to ensure our property's long-term beauty and safety. While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends.
We value your vacation experience and understand that peaceful oceanfront moments are precious. If you're considering a stay with us during this period, please factor this into your planning. Are you in serious need of beach therapy? Then look no further than Amelia by the Sea, Unit 335 a 2-bedroom beachfront condo that has all luxuries of home.

This condo is gorgeously decorated with every attention to detail. It features a Master bedroom with a king bed situated on the beachside so you can enjoy some truly spectacular views and hear the melodic sounds of the waves crashing. In the guest bedroom, you have a variety of sleeping options as it's equipped with a Queen and a twin bed for extra comfort.

The master bedroom isn’t the only thing with an ocean view, you’ll be able to enjoy the sights and sound from the dining and kitchen area as well. Both of which, allow for ample seating for multiple individuals. Attention to detail is paid as you’ll see throughout with Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and beautiful granite countertops and ceramic floors in the kitchen and baths. Need to wash that beachwear throughout the stay? There is a washer and dryer for your convenience which saves time and packing extra swimsuits.  Just because you’re on vacation it doesn’t mean you have to give up the comforts of home like you would in a hotel. Feel at home and make it your own!

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to guests of the Amelia by the Sea with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.

About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Everything was as advertised. Although the building and unit is a bit dated it was a great location, the unit was comfortably furnished and the layout provided for a comfortable stay with ample room. We loved the fishing pier and beach. We hope to be back.

Best View You'll Find!

You can see (and hear!) the ocean from the master bedroom, bathroom, living area, and cooking/dining area! The balcony is great too. Location and amenities are perfect. The complex itself is a bit dated, but once inside the condo its very nice. If I ever return to Amelia Island I will absolutely try to stay in this condo or at least in this complex. The view is worth it!

Wonderful location

We loved our stay. The unit needs to be updated. Showers need updated; water just dribbles out. The twin bed mattress needs to be replaced; it sinks in the middle of the bed. We were also disappointed that one of the bedrooms had no television. But we enjoyed a nice environment and the unit was clean. We called management one time and they were very timely responding.

Lovely unit, very comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here. Condo is very nice for 4 people, kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable and we loved the view from the 3rd floor. Only issue we had was the code for the beach access didn’t work and we got locked out, Someone tried to let us in and it didn’t even work from inside. We walked up the beach and out an access and came around the front but didn’t have our key card along so we couldn’t get in there either. We had to wait until someone came through to get in as the office was closed. After that we just stayed on the pier. This is the 4th time we have stayed at Amelia by the sea and this was the nicest unit so far. My husband & Brother enjoyed fishing from the pier. We saw lots of dolphins and a sea turtle. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

The view and ease to the beach was just what we needed. The check in and out process was super clear and they were quick to respond. The property was clean and well furnished. Loved our stay!

End of summer get-away

My stay was excellent! We enjoyed the beach access, pier, and pool. We used the grill on property. The kitchen in the unit was stocked with all necessities. The location was excellent. We will be back!

Fourth of July week

Property manager very helpful with an issue opening the door. Would have been nice to have the info at check in Dryer wasn’t working. It was replaced rapidLy We enjoyed our stay very much

This unit is in desperate need of upgrading. Sliding patio door is so old it is hard to open or close. Got locked out on first night there as deadbolt got jammed. Management was quick to respond and repair. We had stayed in other units previously and we were wowed. This unit did not have the wow factor.

A great condo and property. We always stay at Amelia by the Sea and love it. This condo was nice but could use some serious upgrades with the supplies and kitchen utensils and cookware. The ice maker doesnt work and the dishwasher needs upgrading

Great week

We had a great week the only problem we had was dryer in condo did not work … I called the property manager and she said they had ordered a new set however it was in back order… not being able to dry our clothes was a pain but we made the best of it … just wish we would of known dryer was on last use before we booked since we paid the amount we did for a week

Our stay at Amelia by the Sea was very pleasant. Our boys loved fishing from the pier and the beach was beautiful! We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks for a fun vacation!
