Relax in the master bedroom with king-size bed and TV, or the flexible second bedroom with convertible king/twins. The living room even has a sofa bed.Whip up meals in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. And don't leave your pet behind - they're welcome!Enjoy the complex amenities: swimming, tennis, and soaking up the sun. Your beach escape is ready!
**The association is currently renovating the pool, which will remain closed throughout the process. We expect to reopen during the first week of April. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our community amenities.**

Fernandina Condo

Great location with a five minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Beautiful condo with nice decor. Everything we needed was provided. They even had beach chairs and beach towels. The fact they allowed our dogs (for a fee) was much appreciated.

Fernadina getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A block away from the beach, it was easy to check out the shore. Not to mention it was a short drive away from the super cute downtown area! The condo was quiet, clean, and we felt very safe. We did notice the dishwasher wouldn’t drain. When we called the property manager he had someone out there to fix the issue within 30 minutes. The promptness of the response demonstrated a strong level of professionalism and care for their property. Overall, very satisfied with the condo.

Thin walls, loud neighbors

Unit has a shared exterior outer door to the four internal units, this door slams shut all day long and all night long as people come and go from the other units. All day and night long you will hear bang bang bang and more since the door and frame are off, the door closure needs a quite close as well. The bath sink has no hot water, barely warm. Not clean inside and dirty air filters. Overpriced all around.
