OCEANFRONT AMELIA SURF & RACQUET CLUB - Enjoy true Florida vacationing in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath fourth floor unit with elevator access. Located in the desirable Amelia Surf & Racquet Club community on South Amelia Island which features 4 clay tennis courts, two oceanfront pools, picnic areas, and a private beach walkover. The condo boasts expansive oceanfront views with balcony access from both the living room and bedroom.

This condo features stunning views of the Atlantic ocean through most of the unit. The living and dining space is an open concept allowing guests to enjoy spending time together while cooking and relaxing in the condo. The bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views and access to the balcony. There is a pull out sofa in the living for additional sleeping space.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort community that is meticulously maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 resort style swimming pools and 4 tennis courts, in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns. Tthe Surf and Racquet Club is also just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.

For your convenience, the unit is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool, barbecues, tennis courts, and beach walkover.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, and trash bags.

Perfect for a couples get away

We have stayed at many locations on the island, and this is among the top ones. The access to the beach is great. We like the location for the easy access to groceries, running/biking paths, Amelia racquet club, and the quiet neighborhoods that surround. This unit had all the amenities to make yourself comfortable and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Updated beachfront condo perfect for a couples getaway or small family. Spectacular views from all areas of the condo in and out. Nicely updated decor too. Quiet location with a nice walking path with lots of greenery. Enjoyed our stay!

Birthday week

This was the perfect place to enjoy and celebrate my birthday with my husband. The condo was perfect. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was near grocery, restaurants. Steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from living room and bedroom was gorgeous. We come to Amelia Island every February and will definitely return to this condo. I’m already planning a girls weekend for me & my bestie in a few months.

This is a comfortable beachfront condo tucked in a private area which is very conveniently located to everything you need. From the proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants, you will enjoy an effortless respite! Morning coffee and evening cocktails are a must off the balcony attached to the living room and bedroom. Perfect for a couples getaway!

The decor was beautiful and the condo was so clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the washer and dryer. Best part was the great ocean view from the balcony. Loved the huge picture window in the family room. Would love to stay here again in the future.

My husband and I found our host to be extremely well organized with the information concerning the property and Fernandina Beach. The binder in the condo was not just well organized but informative as well. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would certainly recommend this property to other couples.

The owner of the property, Jenny, was very nice and very responsive. The condo unit was very nice and obviously recently remodeled. Both pools were also excellent and it was easy to get down to the beach from the property.

Great Location and Property Managers

A great view of the beach from this 4th floor unit. The property managers are excellent to deal with. The unit is showing some signs of wear and age compared to other VRBO properties we have rented. All in all, an excellent 5 days in Amelia Island.
