The Space:
This 3BR/2.5BA home has an open floor plan, a GAS stove, tile flooring, and all the bells and whistles. MAIN LEVEL owner suite, washer/dryer, 2 car garage. Thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and bags. A short walk to the beach! Toast to your holiday with your welcome bottle of wine, compliments of Guest Cottage.

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on first avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival
You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and a security deposit.
