Better options nearby

The rug was very dirty, and had to fight roaches more than once. Excellent location with shopping and food very nearby, seems ok during the day but night hits and there's no lighting and lots of sketchy looking people hanging around near the entrance and around the hotel area. Didn't feel safe being out past a certain time.

If your room is by the freeway expect to be woke up every morning by motorcycles gunning it to get on the freeway. The room was ok I bought an air spray to get the old smoke/mildew smell out of the room. My room was non smoking but the carpet is very old so if that was replaced I'm sure that would help. The front staff was very kind and let me check in 30 mins early.

Best place in Jacksonville

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it was an excellent experience. The food was consistently delicious, and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location and friendly staff!

Very friendly staff, great location and spacious room. TV is a little bit out of date and no way to hook up my Netflix but overall ok. I am an extended stay so prices could be a little better for people who are staying long-term.

Don’t get me wrong. The room was very nice and all the staff was very nice but it was a little noisy outside. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the hotel next to us was pretty rough looking but I was so tired that I slept really, really good. Nothing wrong with the hotel. I stayed at. I felt a little unsafe going in and out of the room, only because I was by myself, and there were quite a few people hanging around outside that looked a little sketchy.

You get what you pay for

The outside of the hotel needs work. It looks extremely run down and ghetto. For the price, i guess i got what i paid for. Now the inside of my room was neat and clean. No complaints there

Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty or discolored. Either way, it needs to be taken out of service until it is clean. For breakfast there were several options. It was definitely adequate.

The service was good, the only thing that I didn't like it was the receptionist gave me a small bedroom when we were two! And he give us like a teenager bedroom... even when I made the reservation on the page and said Queen bedroom...
