- Welcome to The Tenth Wave: Unit 7, your newly renovated 1-bedroom beachside retreat just 100 yards from Jacksonville Beach sand. This cozy apartment sleeps 2 with a king bed, full kitchen, and dedicated parking — perfect for couples planning longer beach getaways without hotel costs.
The bright one-bedroom features a comfortable king bed with premium linens, while the full bathroom includes quality towels and full-size toiletries. The open living area flows into a complete kitchen stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, plus a Keurig coffee maker and Nutri-bullet blender for morning smoothies after beach walks.
Smart TV with pre-installed streaming apps keeps you entertained on rainy days, while 1gb Xfinity WiFi handles video calls and trip planning. Beach towels and chairs are provided, so just grab them and head to the ocean. Dedicated parking for one car plus easy street parking means no circling blocks with beach gear.
Step outside to Salt Life Food Shack's famous fish tacos (2-minute walk) or Mellow Mushroom's craft beer and pizza (2-minute walk). The Jacksonville Beach Pier with fishing and sunset views is an 8-minute stroll, while upscale dining at Refinery awaits just 3 minutes away.

Beach Hideaway
We really enjoyed our stay with all the accommodation we needed. There were some little nats flying around and we couldn't figure out where they were from. Other than that it was a beautiful, clean space very close to the beach. I'd stay here again!

This property was a bit smaller than I had planned on however, it worked out good for me cooking two dishes to take for Christmas. I think it would be a hard fit for two adults to stay in this unit, but it was comfortable for me.

Nice and clean and very convenient to beach!
Pros: Great convenience to the beach. Super clean.
Cons: The neighbor in unit 3 downstairs, played music that bumped late into the night and early in the morning. The bass carries through the walls and was annoying! Thank goodness for the noise machine by the bed! The TV (very confusing) and no local news available or pro football games which were all on paid channels. Other that that all good!
