Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a tranquil patio. 5 blocks from the ocean and is central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside.

This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has a smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the paver patio that has privacy custom fencing.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and towels, sound machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The bathroom is upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Is a wonderful place to staying a nice neighborhood the house is very clean and comfortable and close to the beach , and all the stores. And very close to the mayo clinic. I recommend this place

Very clean and comfortable place. Everything needed was supplied. Loved it! The only thing I would have liked to see in the property was a full-sized mirror upstairs. Had to go to a couple of events and really couldn't check out my outfit. No biggie.

Great Location

The property was perfect! I quick walk to the beach. Property had great lighting at night. All the beach gear you need. Super clean. The property manager was great to answer any questions via text. We would rent this place again.
