Nestled within the Omni Amelia Island Plantation, this renovated condo in Beach Walker Villas is sure to please the entire family.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a modern kitchen that's been impeccably renovated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The living room has plenty of seating, a comfortable workstation where you can log onto the free WiFi, and a TV that is surrounded by plush seating.

At night, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony - a wonderful spot for an early morning cup of coffee or an evening nightcap. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Have young children? No need to pack all of that gear. Tucked away in a closet, you'll find a full-size folding crib, Graco Pack 'n Play, a high chair, a booster chair, changing table, and a stroller. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards, and plenty of sand and pool toys for endless fun in the sun.

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
There are about 10 - 14 steps leading to the front door, and there is no elevator access.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Amelia Omni Resort Experience

The unit was clean with nice furniture, well stocked, and convenient to a very nice pool and beach. The Omni Plantation resort is a beautiful property. However.... this unit is a tad dark with no views. The linens were a little tired and the master bathroom tub/shower drain needs to be fixed. But... all-in-all.... this is a good property.... just not incredible (like some reviews may say).

These accommodations were super clean. We had everything we needed right down to toilet paper, paper towels, dishcloths, soap, and dishwasher detergent! The property management company was very accessible and easy to reach. I liked the location; would've preferred a beach view but overall would stay in these condos again!
