The Space:
This 3BR/2BA home features a spacious open floor plan that flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, a large TV for movie nights, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private access to the wraparound deck with stunning ocean views. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed that also has deck access, and one with twin bunk beds and an extra twin bed. Outdoor amenities include a brick patio perfect for dining, a large front yard for games, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Forgot some beach essentials? Not to worry! Belle by the Sea offers an outdoor shed full of those beach necessities

This home is located right across the street from a beach access, so you really couldn’t get closer! At most, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Large front yard so the whole family can spend time under the summer sun.

With its large yard and ample space to relax and unwind, this property offers the perfect setting for outdoor activities and gatherings. You’ll enjoy the quiet and privacy of having your own lot, while still being close to the vibrant attractions and amenities of the island. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to soak up the sun and sea breeze any time you like.

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.

Had a great stay to wrap up the summer before returning to school. Home was very clean and could not beat the location. Any issues were addressed by the property manager right away. Their team was prompt and thorough. Very glad we chose this house and would return in the future.

Comfortable house and very accommodating

The house was perfect for a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Plenty of room for the five of us. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to hang out. We loved the outdoor patio and it was just a short walk to the beach. The property manager was very responsive when we contacted them about missing beach towels and needing a blender.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family of six had a great stay at Belle by the Sea. There was enough room for everyone to have space while still feeling cozy. The location was great, directly across from the beach. We had an issue with the locks after a member of our party turned a knob they weren't supposed to turn and locked us out. We called and the property manager dropped what she was doing and drove back from off island during a holiday weekend to help us. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great place

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The deck was great to watch the sunrise or to just enjoy the ocean views. Just steps to the beach made it easy to come and go with the kids for snacks and back to the water.

Fabulous property

Our family (dad, mom, 5 kids) had an amazing stay in this lovely property. Location was wonderful - easy, quick walk to beach, short drive to Ft Clinch and downtown Fernandina Beach for restaurants & shopping. We will be back and when we return, we will stay here again!

Perfect Location

This house was in the perfect location to see the sunrise. With the beach just across the street we could go anytime, very convenient. Downtown was only minutes away for shopping and eating out.

House was as described. You can see the beach from the upstairs balcony and enjoy your morning coffee. There are chairs outside to relax on. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach cottage

This home is perfect for a beach vacation. Adorable beach cottage. Only steps to the beach and all the good restaurants in Fernandina. Also has all the amenities needed to make it comfortable and cozy. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the ocean. Wonderful large screen tv's on both floors.

Great location. Walk across the street to beach. Walking distance to nature trails. Close to historic district with shops and sites. Saw sea turtles, tortoises, pelicans. Close to Fort Clinch State Park which is a gem.

Relaxing

This home provided a very relaxing atmosphere. Close proximity to local restaurants, downtown Fernandina and just steps away from Fernandina beach. The host was very flexible and responsive when I needed to add an additional day to our trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Amelia Island is nice overall. The beach house was clean and had plenty of room for 6 people. It did need a few updates such as the inside carpet and outside paint. The property manager was very nice and helpful. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.
