Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. Perfect Weekend Stay

Bohemian Bungalow-Great Vive

Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like we were staying in our home. We always felt safe and welcomed. Bungalows neighborhood, close to Avalon Historical strip with shops and restaurants, Riverside 5-Point neighborhood and a 20 Minute drive to JAX Beaches. Great Vive

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

One night get away

Nice, eclectic one bedroom. It was clean and has everything you need. Bed was comfy. Diav is a great host. Communicates wonderfully. The two cupcakes and personal note awaiting our arrival were a great touch. Darn good cupcake.

Birthday get away

Dave was very accommodating and this was a perfect location for us. We had a place we wanted to eat and this was only a couple of miles away. Also, as a nice surprise, Dave had left cupcakes for my husbands birthday. A nice touch. We appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Daiv’s Riverside Retreat

First, I would like to say that the host Daiv is the best and most accommodating and responsive host you could ever ask for with his impeccable customer service, communication and personal touch. The location of the unit is great with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place was very quiet and located in an older neighborhood with lots of newly updated older homes. The place offers everything you will need to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Jacksonville.

Nice place but shares wall with another rental

Place was clean, everything u need plus 2 Cupcakes and close to restaurants but a shared wall with another rental was the Demise of my stay as the couple were loud and probably drank too much. They carried on till 2:30 am when the male told the women to go to be, its after 2!

A quaint eclectic bungalow with all amenities. A good location for dining and easy access to the interstate. Daiv was extremely responsive to my requests. I would stay here again when in town.
