You will have easy access to Atlantic, Neptune and Jax Beaches if you're in need of some chill vibes & good eats. You will also have easy access to everything downtown like EverBank Stadium, VyStar Arena, Daily's Place and the Riverside Arts Market if a suburban feel is more your speed.

The townhome is in a quiet complex. I contacted the host to inquire about certain appliances. They did not have one, but the following morning, after speaking with them, they brought a new appliance. The host's response is very good. Next time i’m in Jacksonville, I will definitely check with the host to see availability.
