This a very nice and clean first floor property. A few areas for improvement:1. We had to contact the host for check-in and for instructions on how to enter the apartment after the check-in time. This was promptly done.2. The kitchen is nice but challenging to cook a meal for two: limited pots & pans, frying pans, and serving bowls. Utensils ok. One coffee mug. No toaster. We had to use the oven to toast. This situation could be easily remedied by a trip to Good Will.3. Lamps. All lamps had burnt out light bulbs (living room & bedroom). Bedroom has two night stands and one lamp. Again, another Good Will trip.4. Need extra chairs for the living room area as the pull out sofa is not comfortable to sit on (spring cushion and too deep for sitting). We used the chairs that were out on the porch.5. The air conditioner in the closet whistles when on. This is do to air leakage on the intake side that could easily be corrected with AC foil tape.6. There are multiple AC condensing units (from other apartments) outside the bedroom window that make the bedroom a little noisy. Nothing can be done about this.7. The gym is really not user friendly. Apparently there is an APP to access but we were not allowed to download it because we are guests. It was dependent upon staff being present for access and they are not always there.Overall, a good experience and value and convenient to many areas of JAX. Thank you.
