Better than a ocean front hotel!

This was our first time doing a short term rental and we will definitely rent this property again. We had the same comforts as a hotel like comfortable beds, the ocean view from the balcony, being steps from the beach, and community pool with the bonus of a kitchen and washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful time! The location is excellent and outweighs the dated building and not having an en suite bathroom. Can't beat the ocean view from the balcony either! The owner was very attentive to questions we had as well which added to our good experience.

On the beach

This property was exactly as listed and I loved it!! The location was amazing and Shastri was responsive to our needs about everything including when there was an issue with the door locks, I've stayed at another hosts location before and NOBODY responded to my needs upon arrival so this meant a lot to me when Shastri took care of us. We will definitely definitely stay again!!

Unbeatable view

If you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton go someplace else. This is exactly what I was looking for …a comfortable clean beachy spot right on the beach …loved hearing the waves all day and all night long. unbeatable view great location took fun, walks down to the pier and back. Lots to do in the area.

Perfect place on beach close to Mayo

Place was great. Had everything we need. Was close to the Mayo where our daughter had surgery. This was perfect place for her to rest for a couple days before we started our long trip home. Management was great. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Perfect Views

This condo is beautiful, clean, and has a gorgeous view. The beds were comfortable and the shower kept up with 3 of us. My only complaint, really, is the lack of decor and amenities, and the washer is very loud.

Spectacular Beach View

We had a terrific stay in this small condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular. It’s not a brand new condo and feels used by previous visitors. Did not feel the pots and pans were clean so we eat out the while we stayed. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning.

Great Value for the Price

We stayed at this property end of December beginning of January 2024, and stayed 9 nights. We had no car, and this location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the grocery store (Public or Whole Foods), a ton of places to eat within walking distance. Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and cannot beat the view. The condo is on the 4th floor, and the view is exactly as shown in photos. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Would book this place again..

Pleasant stay

My family and I really enjoyed the property. If you’re a “bougie” person then this may not be the place for you. At the time of our stay, they were doing construction on the roads. However this was not an issue for us. The view of the ocean from the balcony was enough for me to overlook any small details. This place came equipped with beach items for us to use and plenty of towels and extra linen. Check in was a breeze. We even had the option to check in early if we chose to do so. We wanted to book an additional night but saw that the unit was pretty booked. We would definitely stay here again, if ever needed.

I’m so sad to leave! It was beautiful and relaxing. We spent hours just listening to the ocean on the balcony. We got to see friends and family this week. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked fresh fish and seafood almost every night. Thanks!

Check-in was easy, just didn’t get an email with all the information prior to arrival. kitchen was excellent and well furnished with appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware! However, the bathroom sink was clogged with a lot of hair, which my husband pulled out. Loved the place tho, and would love to stay again!

Excellent beach and ocean views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice condo which is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is excellent, and Jax Beach is clean and uncrowded.Our nrecommendations would be to install drapes on the patio doors for light control and ro replace the bed frame in the 1st bedroom, as squeaks every time you move.
