The description was spot on. We enjoyed our stay, and the setting was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our stay was extended by one day due to winter weather in FL(go figure) and Donnie was extremely helpful during this process. We would definitely recommend, and we would have no hesitation staying there again.

Lovely home great location

Cozy getaway

The house is spacious, plenty of room for our party of 3 adults. Location is great. I would probably stay here again with a few minor improvements: The bathroom needs a little attention-the light in the shower area was hanging out of the ceiling, the shower curtain liner was covered in soap scum, and the baseboards were pretty dirty. Overall it was a comfortable stay, very easy to get to, and in a cute neighborhood.

The home was clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely the beds are so soft probably some of the bed rest I've had in a while like sleeping on a cloud and the location was great close to everything you may need and safe I really enjoy my stay here and with definitely stay again

Was in JAX for one night and this location was perfect for us! We arrived a little sooner than we anticipated and were able to check in early with a quick message to the owner. Property was clean, beds were comfy. Neighborhood was safe and within 10-15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely keep this property at the top of my list for my next visit to Jacksonville.

Great location!

We loved the area and felt safe. Check in and out was an easy process. The owner recommended some surrounding restaurants and we loved the Brick which is close by. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Jacksonville in the future. My only complaint was there was carpet throughout the house and a slight odor. It would not deter me from staying again.

Comfortable/ Nice and Cozy

The home was a comfortable stay. Me and my family enjoy the 2 nights there to enjoy my mother’s birthday. There was an electrical issue which caused a later checkin. But the owner was nice enough to treat me and family out for lunch to entire l enjoy while they fixed the problem. The only thing that were a problem was roaches in the kitchen area. We had to kill roaches during the time of stay. I’ll rate the stay a 7/10

Great 3 bedroom

The property manager was easy to get in touch with when we needed the code to get in. The only mild complaint I could even find was the carpets could use a cleaning and we found pine needles under the couch, but besides that everything was very clean. The carpets weren’t horrible and we did stay just a week after a major storm so it was understandable. The property had everything we needed. It was very rainy so we didn’t use the backyard to comment on that amenity. The property was close to many restaurants and only a 10 min drive to the cruise port. We will for sure stay here again!

House was cute and loved the neighborhood

Donnie had a family emergency the night before we checked in. They were in the middle of installing flooring and that was unable to be completed. No problem, we hardly noticed. He offered a full refund should we prefer to go elsewhere. That would have been more of a hassle than it was worth. But the house was not very clean overall. Donnie was quick to respond and refunded a good portion of what we paid. I also suggest stocking basic essentials. There were no ziplocs or foil, etc. and no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. The neighborhood was darling and felt very safe. The pizza place within walking distance was outstanding.
