Great Spot!

This is a great little spot for a getaway. With convenient access to all the great spots and waterfront enjoyment, I will consider returning to this property. Check in / out was easy as well which always helps!

My husband and I stayed here and fell in love with this beautiful place. The location was perfect, the views were gorgeous, and the inside was even nicer than the pictures (didn’t know that was possible) Can’t wait to stay here again!

Very enjoyable

The condo was just as the pictures show and was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. The access to the beach was very convenient. It was a short drive to the historic district which we enjoyed.

Beautiful Place

Such a nice place right on the beach. Love the area of Fernandina. Owner was very attentive and helpful. We had to leave a day early unexpectedly but Marie was awesome and was quick to arrive to help with cleaning. Will definitely be returning

Never Disappoints

This was our 3rd year staying here. As always it was wonderful. Location to the beach is perfect. The condo is always clean and Marie is very easy to work with. We will be back next summer.

Beautiful unit with awesome deck and panoramic ocean view. Great sunrise. The unit was clean and had all the essentials. The owner was awesome and helpful with recommendations on restaurants, check in and out questions etc. We will definitely come back!

Beachfront Bliss

Such an ideal property, we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Everything you hope for; clean, exquisite views, great location, and fun beach decor. We used the balcony endlessly, and the host graciously provided covered beach chairs for us to use on the beach. Parking below the property made life so easy and safe. Book with confidence, this is an absolute gem!

Amazing beach property!

This unit is in a fantastic location right on the beach with private gated access. The large nicely furnished balcony looks directly onto the beach and ocean - great for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. You can hear the sounds of the ocean all day. The inside is also nicely furnished, with a serene and coastal vibe. All the essentials for your stay are provided, and we had a very comfortable and relaxing four night stay. We will definitely rent this unit again when we come back to Fernandina Beach.

Best Balcony Ever!

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. We did wish the refrigerator had an ice maker and not trays. The host was very sweet and always answered questions. When we got there, the parking lot was blocked off because of construction. We called her and she arranged for us to find parking. Overall, it is a great place to stay… the balcony was our favorite place to sit and enjoy!

Beautiful View

This condo is in a great location. It is beautifully decorated and has the best view! It is older but has been updated. Our only complaint was the beds. Especially the one in the main bedroom. It was horrible. You literally could not move your arm without it creaking. We slept in the other bed the second night and it was only slightly better. Update the beds and it will be perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Sisters Trip

Marie's condo is perfect for a small girls getaway. The condo is clean, comfortable and ocean front. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the big ceiling fan in the living room and the quiet neighbors. Marie was easy to contact with questions and went above and beyond as a hostess. I highly recommend for a small group!
