We had a wonderful stay in the Island Treehouse, The unit was very clean and well organized. Location was great. Our favorite parts of the day were morning coffee on the screened in porch watching wildlife and the walks on the beach.

Spotless condo with nice views from spacious back porch..Excellent pool area. Nice pathway to beach. Close to Fort Clinch and also Amelia state park. Kitchen is complete with spices, nice silverware, and cooking utensils.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Amelia Island! The condo was very well equipped. It is situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator) so this may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The screened-in porch overlooks a pond where we saw blue heron, egrets and turtles. The area where the condo is situated is very quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy and convenient to get to-through a path and across the street. Restaurants are very convenient to access as well. Trish was wonderful to communicate with and very prompt with replying to any questions I had. I would definitely book with her again!

We took a long weekend to attend a concert in Jacksonville and wanted to check out the island. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to the beach’s and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place was very clean, all the cupboards and drawers were labeled with what was in them, plenty of towels, kitchen implements, etc. The balcony was screened in and was a real plus. I don't remember the listing ever saying it was on the third floor, which could be a real detriment for some people. No problem for us, it was great.

Wonderful place to stay, easy to check in and out. Very well equipped, we needed nothing more. Beds are comfortable. Great location looking down into the pond and being up amongst the trees. Screened in balcony is a perfect place to relax especially for breakfast listening to and seeing the birds. Trish was very easy to communicate with, quickly responding to any questions we had. The apartment is on the third floor which may present difficulties for some. Plenty of parking spaces. Not far to walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Love the back porch for sitting and listening to the birds with the water view. So close to the beautiful beach and live music at Sliders. Great location and well appointed accommodations. I'll be back!

Great location for a vacation getaway. Nice balcony view overlooking pond to watch wildlife while relaxing after a day on the beach. Everything inside is condo is updated and in great condition, and Property manager is very responsive for any questions or concerns. Island Treehouse is AMAZING

My husband and I love staying in this Amelia Island Treehouse. It’s quiet, just enough space, convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants. This is our second time this year, we have stayed a week each time (May, September) such a relaxing stay both times. We will continue coming back.

Fabulous Island Hideaway

The Island Treehouse offers the best of both worlds, a few short blocks to the beach, yet a peaceful location backing against a wildlife refuge. The home was squeaky clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Outdoor space included a spacious screened in porch perfect for breakfast and evening refreshments. Definitely on our list for return bookings!

“Tree Top” apartment Amelia Island

Excellent place to stay. Very well equipped and comfortable bed. The balcony overlooks a pond where you can watch an alligator every morning. Being on the third floor made us close to the bird life in the trees. Such a variety of birds. The pool is a short walk from the property and the beach not too far away. Great communication with owners who respond very quickly. Easy check in/check out. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome TreeHouse Feeling Rental

Beautiful rental property with a treehouse feeling overlooking a lovely pond. Wonderful porch to watch alligators, turtles, and birds all while reading a book. Home is just a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. Beds are are extremely comfortable and living space is ideal for a small family. My family enjoyed this home for a long week. Home owners make check in and out extremely easy, and the entire experience was so enjoyable.

Trish offers a cute & quaint rental. We’d say it seems to be located in a natural habitat especially with the description of being in the “tree house”. We sat on the porch enjoying our morning coffee listening to the birds as well as watching it rain from time to time. So peaceful. Thank you for such a great getaway!

Beautiful accommodation and so user friendly; had everything labeled so we didn't have to look for anything. Owner responded within minutes to any questions we had. Beds were very comfy! Plenty of beach towels and beach toys for a day on the beach. We really didnt want to leave this little piece of heaven. ONLY drawback: it's on third floor and no elevator, BUT that only gave our calves an exercise which is good. Most definitely will book again.
