Apparently it changed hands from the last time we went. They use to have a Starbucks that offered drinks and muffins, etc... well that's gone. We stayed in Tower 2 and apparently it takes forever to get hot water to take a shower, but it was clean and the outside looked more maintained.

First room we checked into had a strong weed smell (at no fault to the hotel) and no AC but the front desk immediately moved me with no questions asked and they were super helpful and kind the entire time! Especially Michaela at the front desk (I hope that was her name I can’t remember 100%) She helped with every need and was so sweet and kind! They were very efficient with taking out trash, and bringing extra towels etc! I can’t compliment the staff enough, we had to evacuate for the hurricane so having friendly staff and all our needs met added a little peace during a stressful time! Overall I have no complaints and would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area!

Pleasantly surprised (for the airport area)! Great staff, comfortable bed, clean and the entry to the hotel has a wow factor. Couldn't ask for much more. I will stay there again if need be.

The property is being renovated. Pre-renovation it is a disaster (I was erroneously directed to an un-renovated area) when trying to join my wife in our room. It was like I imagine Kiev. ) once I was directed to the renovated area it was nice, but the claims about the hotel are over-done. The only restaurant available was the bar- pleasant but a limited menu, and the bar-maid was trying to tend bar while being server (no help). She was nice and food was good, bug not ideal.
