  • Welcome to the Downtown Dream - a two-story townhome featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an office/flex room. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Centre Street and downtown Fernandina Beach, as well as a quick drive to the beach.

    Upon entering the home, you will find the guest room with a queen size bed, full bathroom, office with in-unit laundry area, and a garage (open for use during your stay). Upstairs, the living areas are open and inviting, featuring vaulted ceilings and a gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is also a half bath for guest use in the common areas. The primary bedroom is also on the second floor, with a king size bed and private en suite bathroom.

    This home has been immaculately decorated and is perfect for your island getaway!
