The first thing you’ll see when driving into this gated community are the amazing historic white oak trees, draping Spanish moss over the roads of the entire community. Several walking/bike paths next to the villa will allow you to feel close with nature. The breathtaking Rosette Spoonbills reside in the tress and lagoons surrounding the golf course. Enjoy expansive fairway views from this newly renovated, two bedroom, two bathroom end-unit villa, situated in the Fairway Oaks community on the grounds of the prestigious Amelia Island Omni Resort on the South end of the island.
Tile flooring extends from the entryway throughout the main living area, kitchen, and into the Florida room, which is shrouded in a wall of windows, allowing the coveted golf views in and giving you and your guests the guaranteed best seat on the 2nd fairway. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances beautifully appoint the open kitchen. Prepare meals to wow your guests, all while never losing sight of the green! This home offers a fully stocked kitchen with seating for four at the expansive bar area or at the four-person table in the Florida room. The Florida room also features a quiet reading nook with a daybed that has a pull-out trundle to allow sleeping for two.
The private master bedroom suite boasts hard wood floors, sliding glass doors, which open to reveal a private patio set against the backdrop of the renowned Pat Dye Oak Marsh golf course, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom also features hard wood floors, as well as private access to the guest bath. Each room also includes a flat screen TV, while a private storage area off of the kitchen allows you to store rented bikes and other belongings.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.
Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

Very nicely furnished and decorated living space, great location and all the amenities to boot! The golf cart was a HUGE help as well getting around the Plantation. We will definitely be back!
We went to Amelia Island for some early spring golf and visit with other family members. The facility was perfect. Spacious, clean, well stocked and in a beautiful community with some awesome homes. Spent 4 nights there and never felt bored. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again.
I have stayed in the area previously in a business capacity and this past weekend, I returned with my family (parents, wife and 19-month old daughter). The location was fantastic. Even having visited friends on the other side of the golf course near the Omni, this was far and away the better location. Everything was as advertised, not competing for parking, access to a golf cart was nice though we never used it. While we didn't take advantage of the cupboard or pantry, just about every dish or spice you could need was available. I am not certain when we will return, but this location will be our first choice for a place to stay when we do. Special thanks to Amanda for reaching out with suggestions for activities and for the team in delivering clear, reasonable instructions to keep the condo in pristine condition for our future visits.
Everything about this villa was just as described, we loved it! It’s the first time I’ve seen a rental property with lovely high end bed linens and so well stocked with cookware, dishes and surprisingly loads of spices! The addition of free access to a golf cart was fantastic, we really enjoyed driving around the neighborhoods, taking in all the gorgeous homes and scenery.
The only thing we have to strongly suggest is to install a new shower head in the master bathroom, it’s in very bad shape. We showered in the second bathroom because in the master shower water barely trickled out. An easy but a necessary fix!
Otherwise we strongly recommend the rental, a perfect place and location!
My husband and I stayed for 3 night for a getaway. We really enjoyed the area. Having the golf cart was great. We went to the Omni hotel several times for drinks and dinner.
We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this one was one of the nicest. We loved every minute of our stay, the condo was so clean and well stocked. Golf cart use was amazing. Quiet, beautiful setting on the golf course. Close to everything. Thanks for great communication too.
Place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our short 2 night visit. Only thing is that there was only one kitchen dish towel. Plenty of other household supplies and toiletries. Very convenient location to beaches and Harris Teeter. I love that store!
The villa exceeded our expectations. Pretty, clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The property management was also extremely helpful! We've been coming to AIPFL for over 20 years. Even though the villa is on the golf course side of A1A, with the provided golf cart we were only minutes to the beach area that we frequent in the resort. Will be back for sure in this villa!
The condo was very comfortable and the location on the golf course provided lots of entertainment. The patio at night was wonderful, quiet, breezes and very peaceful.The pool was great and not crowded and you can easily walk back and forth to the condo. It was a wonderful 4th of July! Thank-You!

3312S Sea Marsh is an absolute hidden gem! It was absolutely adorable, clean and extremely comfortable! Loved this condo, owner extremely responsive. Neighbor next door is kind , welcoming and pleasant. Wonderful experience. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back! Happy Holidays!
DO NOT STAY HERE-ESPECIALLY IF BOOKING WITH VRBO AND AMELIA ISLAND VACATIONS!Bed sheets covered in hair and dirty paper napkins in the bed, sticky floors, hair around sinks, hair in sinks, flying bug in one of the dirty beds, 2 lizards in the house, food left in the fridge, no golf cart available after we were told on 2 different occasions that one came with the property. Had to leave at 9:30 at night after driving all day and stay in a hotel. VRBO said that the cleanliness was not a “major issue” and Amelia Island Vacations quit responding to us after we asked for compensation for the hotel that we had to pay for over a holiday weekend. After 2 weeks of trying to get compensation from SOMEONE VRBO offered a 150 coupon toward my next booking. No thanks.
