Mornings begin quietly in the screened sunroom with a warm drink in hand, while cool coastal breezes drift through. Just 0.6 miles from beach access, this Sawgrass Country Club townhome offers space to unwind between shoreline walks and poolside afternoons. Sorry, No pets.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, two private bedrooms offer comfort and separation for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, 32" TV, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, its own private bath, a 19" TV, and generous closet space. A convenient half bath is located on the main level.

Outdoor living
Enjoy peaceful lake views from the balcony or relax in the screened sunroom with ample seating. Guests also have access to a community pool and private entrance for added ease during your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and connects to an open dining area with seating for six. Whether you're starting the day with coffee or gathering for dinner after the beach, the layout keeps everyone comfortably connected.

Great location but a bit dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of a lake - easy walk to the beach which is awesome. Place is a little dated . Too many artificial floral arrangements in home . Bathrooms are basic and small. Not of fan of carpeting in a beach rental. Overall it was a good stay .

Great Holiday in Sawgrass

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Point in Sawgrass! The condo was in really good shape and we had some magnificent sunrises over the pond outside the bedroom.

Great view.

The property has a nice waterfront view with the golf course running along side. The screen porch is large and was a great area to relax after a long day. The 2 second floor bedroom suites were good size and the additional half bath on the first floor is nice if you have guests over. The only issue or situation that I wish we would have known before renting was the fact that you couldn’t use the beach club area nor was there any beach parking immediately nearby . There is however a very nice public beach access maybe 3 miles down (Mickler’s beach) that has bathrooms and changing areas. We did have access to a smaller pool within the subdivision but again it was not walkable. Once we were there for a few days we developed our daily routine and not being able to access the beach club area was really not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this property and would consider renting again on future visits.

Very convenient location

The property was very convenient to my brother's house and the beach. Living room, dining room, Lanai had lots of seating. Lanai had bird poop on the tables and furniture. Most of the bath towels were stained. No face wash cloths. Could use some bowls in the kitchen. Twin beds need new mattresses, very soft no support. Need to attend to the few details and it would be a 5.
