Vaulted ceilings and natural light shape the open living area, where seating for six flows easily into the dining space. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a TV with standard cable keep the space comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is ready for real cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a hot water kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. A dining table and breakfast bar offer flexible spots for every meal.

Outdoor living
Step onto the screened lanai for calm lake views, or head to the private deck for another place to unwind. The community offers a shared pool and playground, plus a beach access point nearby - note that there's no parking available at the access point itself.

Workspace & connectivity
A dedicated loft workspace with Wifi gives longer-stay guests a real place to focus, keeping work and downtime cleanly separated.

Comfort & convenience
A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, essentials, hangers, and an iron are all provided, along with a private entrance and free parking for 2 vehicles. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site. Sorry, no pets.

Please note: this property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Beyond the community pool and beach access point, all other club amenities are reserved exclusively for resident members.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
