The front desk staff was wonderful and got me checked in smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Why three stars? I’ve seen cleaner pools in Haiti. Looks like it’s been a while since it’s been cleaned. Pancake maker was broke. My main light in my room was not working. Came down at 6 am and had an employee sleeping on the couch with a blanket.

Our room was so well laid out. Loved the little counter coming in the door. Perfect for key and purse to grab on way out. Loved the bottle of soap and shampoo in the bathroom and the little night light on the electrical outlet. The room had a closet plus hooks for jackets, etc. Convenient charging plugs next to bed and near TV. Window shades were fantastic. Total blackout and also a soft filter shade. Room included frig and microwave. Breakfast is included and was very good including eggs, bacon, waffles, and much more. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
