I apologize for your concerns and understand you were refunded fully for your stay. We maintain a contract with Orkin pest control and they have been out to service the room in question. Although nothing was found in the room this time, unfortunately this is something all hotels have issue with from time to time. Dear Keith, I apologize for your experience here last weekend. It appears it was a miscommunication between the maintenance staff and housekeeping and the room was not completed. I have discussed this issue with both departments and think we have a better plan to prevent this in the future.
