Kitchen, living and 1/2 bath on main floor walk out to back yard with patio furniture and relaxing retreat. Newly updated home with TV in every room. Beautiful section of beach just a 3 min walk away. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, toys, and more! Grill! We love kids! Come see for yourself how great a vacation is with the perfect location to everything!

Awesome stay!
Stayed for a long weekend with friends and this place was the absolute best! It is a short walk to the beach and a park. There a lot of convenient eateries and stores just a short drive or walk if you wanted. There were extra beach towles beach toys to use (although, we did not use them because it was a little too chilly during our stay). The place had everything we needed and more. Elizabeth was a great host and seemingly thought of everything! Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Jacksonville Beach!

Perfect Vacation Spot at Jacksonville Beach
Looking for a reason to return! This home has everything you need. We travelled as a family of 6 adults. There is enough privacy for everyone, beautiful backyard space and two balconies. Beds are all very comfortable, quality linens and towels. The wagon was great for taking towels, chairs and umbrella to the beach. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and Trader Joe's, Whole Foods close by.

Awesome Concert/beach weekend in Jacksonville beach
This beautiful duplex property was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We were literally just a block away from the beach. It was very nice being just around the corner. They had a wagon with beach chairs & umbrella, so we did not need anything from home. The owner was so sweet and worked with us to let us check in early since no one was leaving that day & it helped us immensely! Definitely recommend!
