This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Forest Ridge townhome has everything you could desire in a seaside retreat for a little rest and relaxation. A serene color scheme, coastal embellishments, and comfortable furnishings adorn the entirety of this unique villa.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan where two comfy leather sofas immediately tempt guests to kick their feet up, flip on the TV, and relax after a day of fun in the sun.

Overlooking the great room is a fully stocked updated kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz counter tops, and a California bar top perfect for serving meals! An adjacent high-top dining table seats four and is also part of the great room.

Just off the main living area on the first floor you'll find a wonderful master suite with all handmade wooden furniture, a brand-new king-sized Nectar bed, a flat screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry area is also conveniently located in this bathroom.

If staying inside on a beautiful day is not your cup of tea, grab a good read, head out the back sliding glass door, and enjoy the spacious back porch! This spacious private balcony hosts a table seating four with a sun shade umbrella as well as a teak wood 2 seater bench.

Through the quaint entry foyer and up the stairs you'll find two additional bedrooms as well as the second bathroom open to the hallway for use by both bedrooms and offering a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom is host to all handmade wooden furniture, two queen sized Nectar mattresses and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features one queen sized Nectar mattress and a flat screen TV.

This marvelous vacation getaway is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

Great Location

The condo is located just a quick walk to the beach and public beach access. There was plenty of room for our 8-person group and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is also right behind the condo. All in all, we had a fabulous time! The kids want to know when we can go back already!

Everything exactly as described. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is tight, no big deal. The worst part was the speed bumps in the parking lot...but it kept things slooow...which is what you want. Isn't it?

Nice condo in a quiet complex with pool and playground. Pet friendly:) We enjoyed our long-weekend trip to FB. Condo had well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms have closets. Master bedroom downstairs has only a small wardrobe and two luggage racks. I would suggest a dresser to put tv on, instead of the table there.

clean, cute, & well located. Loved the trees all around. It had everything we needed. the air struggled to keep the condo cool- especially upstairs. However, it was July & hot. The buildings on the outside need a refresh/update. So much potential.We would definitely stay in this unit again- once it is cooler.

This place was spot on. Very friendly neighborhood. Best place for family. Very clean. It is better to drive to the beach which was only 2 min drive. We did not want to leave. I guess my only coment would be, they are a little too uptight about some things, ive never been to a place that had specific check out instructions and rules, but they prolly have to be that way, which is understandable. These little things i can over look. We definitely will be back. We had a wonderful time. This place felt like home.

Nice townhome

My husband and I stayed with our married son, his wife and 3 children. They stayed upstairs, and we had a king bed downstairs. It was nice separation and enough room considering they wanted to be at the beach most of the time. My husband and I enjoyed the big pool while they enjoyed the beach. No complaints.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Forest Ridge. Clean and comfortable accomodations. Location very convenient to beach and town. One issue with parking. The complex has a rule after Labor Day, parking permits are not needed. You must park in your assigned spot or visitor spot. With this said and given the time of year after Labor Day, we received a threatening letter from the Home Owners Association stating our car that was parked in a visitor lot was going to be towed since we had no parking permit placed in the vehicle. I called the property manager. She apologized for receiving this note and was going to speak with the woman that left the note. Our car was not towed, however, it was unnerving to receive this warning.

Peaceful beach weekend

The house is prettier than the pictures show and it was super clean. The beach is just a 5 min walk away and it was beautiful, we found lots of shark teeth. Great place !

Perfect Vacation

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and it was perfect! This property is close to the pool, beach, parks, and yummy food. When needed for questions, management was super quick to reply and always making sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and Amelia Island.

Great place

The apartment was awesome and as described. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The back deck was great for lunches after the beach and a beer at the end of the day. Off the main road so quiet at night, but close enough for an easy walk to the beach. The pool was good too, perfect for kids.

Great Place in Nice Community, Close to the Beach

Clean and well appointed townhouse, beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts are responsive but not at all intrusive. Great value.
