Luxury Amelia Island 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo Overlooking Pool


Amelia Landings has impeccably maintained beautiful tree filled grounds just minutes away from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo is just a few minutes’ walk along a private boardwalk to 1st Ave and a public access to the beach. There is a pool side naturalistic picnic area for family and friends to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The pool includes a shower and bathroom, new lounge chairs and several umbrella covered tables with seating. The green & red surfaced tennis court is a short distance beyond the pool. This unit is very nicely furnished and well maintained. It is located on the second floor of a 3 story building. (It is not handicap accessible as there are No Ramps or Elevators on premises.)

Amelia Landings is a pet-free community (No pets allowed). We do not allow smoking either on the balcony or indoors.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was very comfortable, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. It was well equipped for simple cooking, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and trees while reading, talking, or just relaxing.

Great stay

had a great stay! This place was super clean!! There is a sliding glass door in the living room and dining room where you can see the pool and a lot of woods. A great place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine! I had a question and the host was very quick to respond.

Always a good stay at Amelia Landings

We enjoyed our stay in Tommy's clean and well-sited condo on Amelia Island. The location is good and love the access to beach, trail, and town. Tommy is a great host and makes sure that we feel comfortable and at home, even while on vacation. This was our second year staying here which reflects how much we like it. A Very Nice Stay in Every Way

Fall Break Beach Vacation!

Great place for a fall break at our favorite beach! We always enjoy Amelia Island! It’s a great place! The facility we stayed at was just a indicated in the description and pictures! I was even pleased to find a crock pot in the kitchen!

Second Visit

This condo has a perfect location. We love being near the greenway for walks and five minute walk to the beach. A quick drive for groceries. Also easy to drive to the historic district where it’s fun to shop or eat or watch the sunset from the marina. Condo has comfortable furniture. Pool very large and beautiful but not heated (February). Steps to second floor condo might challenge older guests. Lovely grounds back from street noise. Pickle ball/tennis. Good parking.

loved the large balcony overlooking pool and wooded area. in a nice neighborhood. close to beach and other attractions in area. some of the access codes/wifi info were out of date in the email sent but property manager was fairly quick to respond. would stay again.

Love the location

This is the second time we have stayed at Amelia Landings and love it! Our condo was nicely decorated and right next to the pool. The balcony has comfortable furniture for pleasant socializing while viewing the nature in the back. Tommy was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay on Amelia Island.
