Recently built pet-friendly stunning 5-bedroom beach house with heated pool and game room with pool table, foosball, dart, shuffleboard, and ping pong. Living rooms on each level. Great for families, golfers, or friends' getaways. The gourmet chef's kitchen has a private fenced backyard with a heated pool, a green bocci court, outdoor dining under the covered patio, and a smart TV. Short walk to the beach and next to the best park at the beaches, which includes a skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and basketball courts.

Its innovative sensing technology minimizes false alarms caused by wind, rain, or small objects entering the water.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

The adjoining property is also available for rental. It's 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Also has private heated swimming pool and large covered patio. Please contact us if you would like more information on renting both properties.

Perfect relaxing vacation

I've been renting with Welcome Home for several years now, and they never disappoint. Their properties are always spotless and well stocked with supplies to make your stay easy and comfortable. The backyard of this house is literally an oasis with bocce, golf, swimming pool and relaxing loungers. It's so close to the beach, shopping, dining and Target and Publix are just a few minutes away. I highly recommend not only this property but this company overall.

The place is great as is the location. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately it was windy and a little cool so we didn't use the pool much. Only downside was the fees for cleaning and security were confusing and I think I got hit twice for them.

We stayed here with 2 other families -- the house, pool, activities, etc... was awesome! Everything was very clean and ready for us at check-in. Easy, 15 min walk to the beach. Nearby park is amazing for kids. Game room in the garage was great for a rainy day. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great house with excellent amenities.

The house was just as advertised with the bedrooms, finishings, pool, putting green, bocce court, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, etc. The water treatment plant next door did smell from time to time. It is a 5 star stay with all the amenities and 5 bedrooms. That was the best part.

The Coastal House

This house met all of our needs. It is spacious and we really enjoyed everyone having their own room and backyard space. It was so cold the days we were there and my only suggestion is having maybe a heater near the dining space outside and by the pergola. We had a birthday dinner for my husband’s 60th and we were dressed up. We did not like burning wood in our clothes and hair in our attire, so we could not enjoy the backyard.

Perfect property for large family

Overall the best property we have stayed in anywhere. The house itself is so roomy, clean and organized. It’s like someone just thought of everything you might need for a large group to enjoy themselves and be comfortable. Pool is great, game room is fun, nearby park is amazing. Beach is close, neighborhood is lovely and safe. Furnishings are beautiful and top-notch. Check in and out procedures easy. Our group consisted of teenagers, parents and grandparents, and everyone loved it. No disappointments - a great place!

We can't thank the Welcome Home team enough for all their help, especially Meghan! She made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We picked this property because it was just perfect for our rehearsal dinner and served as a lovely spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready and have our first look. The place is so welcoming for families and has so much to offer! It really has everything you could want in a Florida home, including a pool, game room, and putting green. I’d absolutely love to rent this home again when family comes to visit! You really can’t go wrong with any of their properties. Their customer service is simply the best in Jacksonville! I highly recommend them whenever you’re in town. To any future brides looking for a place, this is much better than a hotel for getting ready.

Can’t say enough how perfect this home is - spotless, equipped, convenient, and well managed. 8 adults and a curious 2 year old, we found plenty to enjoy from the beautiful pool, the putting green and bocce, patio and lanai with fans and streaming TV’s, well equipped kitchen, and clean comfortable beds and baths. Great location near the beach and restaurants as well. We felt bad for our family members who were stuck at the Margaritaville - we felt like we won the lottery!

Really can’t say enough about the house. Near a big park and is pretty walkable to the beach. They set it up to have everything we could need. Plenty of kitchenware and everything we would need was in plenty. The pool and outdoor area is great and there are plenty of TV’s all with cable. Would definitely suggest this house and property company!

2023 Summer Family Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at many different properties over the years for vacation and this, hands down, was the most beautiful property yet. We had a small issue with a clogged toilet. We reached out and it was handled immediately and housekeeping was also sent out. I was shocked at the customer service 10/10. My children are older now and it’s hard to get everyone together. They all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Everything we needed or could have imagined was stocked in the home. You literally don’t need to bring a thing…beach chairs, wagon, towels, games, even pool floats were provided. The kitchen was also fully stocked. To say we were impressed was an understatement and we will forever book our vacations with this company. Thank you for an amazing family vacation spot. It’s one will will never forget!

The best property on VRBO hands down!

We have been renting off of VRBO for 8 years and this property is the BEST by far! We recently traveled to Jacksonville Beach and spent 10 nights. There were 7 of us. We had 3 adults and 4 children. The house was plenty big enough. There were 2 bedrooms we did not even use. I also have never stayed at a property that was so well stocked. The kitchen had everything you needed. The game room that is located in the garage was full of games to play like pool, ping pong, darts, etc. it also had beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. One less thing you have to worry about trying to pack. The house is beautifully decorated. You feel like you are a guest in someone’s home not a rental property. The house was immaculately clean also. The backyard is a wonderful little retreat away with a pool, lounge chairs, hammock and outdoor TV. Above all Mike the owner is very attentive and will do everything in his power to make your stay a positive one. He met us there at check in and went over everything with us. He was also available by text/phone if we needed anything. I promise you can not go wrong if you rent this property!
