  • A cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a corner lot duplex, in the center of Jacksonville Beach is waiting for you. Walking distance to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach makes this the ideal location for your visit to our beautiful city.
    Super comfortable downstairs unit with no steps and recently remodeled, it has everything you need for a fully facilitated stay.

    Great for people looking for a getaway filled with fun and the beach life that our city has to offer but it is also a good location if you are visiting the Mayo clinic, about a 15 minute drive (5 miles).

Great home near the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It is a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. There was no shortage of fun activities. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing but you are just minutes from all of the action in Jax Beach. Check in and out was very easy and we had great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
