The TV remote didnt work and the cable was out. We were really to tired to worry about it when he said hed come down and gix it so we just said keave it.

Pleasantly surprised rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly check in was easy. The only thing that I can think could be a little bit better where are the beds a little uncomfortable but they were clean definitely would stay again

It is a descent place to stay for the price. The people there are nice and it is very clean. I wish there was a way to make the rooms darker, but that is my only real complaint. I will definitely stay there again.

I've stayed now a few times and I will continue to stay when I visit Jacksonville. It's very clean, quiet, and I feel safe here. My daughter and I feel safest when we stay here. I also checked in at 2 am and the lady working was very pleasant. I'll definitely be back. The price is also awesome 😊
