New Ocean Life ocean front condo - Read sister condo's reviews VRBO 111494

Come and enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and well equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, but, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling).
Enjoy the many amenities this unit and property has to offer, such as 3 smart TVs, fast WiFi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler with wheels, wagon, pool, free parking, fitness room, and much more.
The complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants, and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. You can rent really nice beach chairs (that are brought to you to the beach) among many other beach items from East Coast Sports Rentals (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex, Rent bikes from the same folks, or Champion Cycling.
Most folks don't realize that this is an actual island and it runs from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.

There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as;
Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach ameliaislandhorsebackriding.
Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo.
Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine.
Jekyll Island, GA is one 1:30 from the condo.
If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and ore bikemap app.

PETS - Oceania condominium HOA does NOT permit for guests or renters to bring pets on property. Only owners are allowed to have pets. You will be charged a fine.
SMOKING - Not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
NUMBER OF PERSONS IN UNIT - The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the unit is 4. Please DO NOT bring in more persons than the number you put in your online reservation and/or Rental Agreement.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Do not leave dirty dishes. Empty dishwasher. Put everything where you found it. Put all used / dirty linen on the floor. Including if you used bedspreads as blankets.

Make sure to rinse everything and everyone before entering the building, Such as feet, wagon wheels, beach toys. Shake all towels. Sandy and wet bodies are not to be brought into the building.

Please let us know of anything broken or lost.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO SAND inside building. Please rinse and dry off yourself and your stuff before entering building. Management is very strict on this.

We do not charge extra for cleaning unless unit is left dirty, as we have found that most of our guests leave unit fairly clean.

We only have sleeping accommodations for 4 adults. You will be charged a penalty fee per person per night.
