Beautiful remodeled studio condo 2nd floor 2 min walk to ocean! We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels.
We are 15 min to Mayo clinic. Kings size bed with a pull-out sofa. Nice and quite gated location!
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

quaint stay in Ponte Vedra

excellent locztion, good size for just 2 people . All was good . Need a latch on sliding balcony door but all else was wonderful . would stay there again.

Family Visit

We stayed at the condo while visiting our family. Our grandson stayed with us a couple of nights and it was so great being able to walk across a parking lot to be at the beach. We really enjoyed our time.

Beautiful and Convenient Condo

This condo was perfect for our quick trip for a weekend swim meet. Lovely condo, with great amenities and convenient to the grocery store and the competition pool.

Close to the beach!

Easy beach access with chairs and umbrella provided. Well stocked, plenty of dishes and towels. Window treatments were insufficient. Bed was comfortable but there was light filtering through the blinds from street lights that are on all night. Overall it’s a nice unit.

Location, Location!

A 2 minute walk to the ocean was fantastic for catching the spectacular sunrises. Stayed 3 weeks; strong WiFi for working, balcony not screened but didn’t have any issues in late November; beach chairs and towels provided. Full kitchen was very convenient. Studio Unit only 550 sq feet, great for one or two adults however would be tight for 4 lg adults. Bed was comfortable, never pulled out sleeper couch. Very safe and nice area.

Great location!

The condo was nice,but needed a few maintenance repairs. Several of the light bulbs were missing or not working,the sliding door to the balcony had no handle to open the door, and there were no light blocking blinds to keep the sun out. Shower was great. Toaster,blender and coffee maker available to use. We cooked and there were plenty of pots and pans to use.Bed was comfortable.

Cold days in Florida

Very clean condo but chilly and dark. We had a problem unlocking the door for a couple of days. The heat was not adequate until we found the emergency heat. The lighting inside was poor for us older folks. The shower door did not slide. Otherwise very nice and a great location. The beach was beautiful!

Beach 5 min walk

I went with my wife for Labor Day weekend. The apartment is ok but if you want to sleep late it has transparent curtains so light goes thru. The balcony and window was dirty and the coffee maker has not been cleaned in a while. To turn the light off you have to walk across the room because it does not have a lamp beside the bed. The good thing it has everything you need for your stay. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Bring food because everything is at least 15 minute drive. We enjoyed the people because it is a peaceful neighborhood.

Our new favorite spot!

This was the best visit for our family. The location is unbeatable and the unit is just perfect. It is very clean and has everything you could need. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The space is very well laid out - we even had enough room to have an ongoing monopoly game for the entire stay! Both the bed and pull out couch are very comfortable. We loved the sunshine that came in through the window above the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect vacation by the beach

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were beyond impeccable!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of linens, and very clean. A minute walk to the beach! Wish we were staying longer and will definitely be again soon!

Weekend getaway

Property is in great condition and perfect for small family (one child). Location near the beach cannot be beat. It’s very quiet and chill. Not far from lots of dining options.
