We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!

You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this townhome offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch.

This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it!

This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.

Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.

Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc.

Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom!

Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot.

A checkout list will be emailed to you during your stay, and a copy can also be found in the unit - if you would like to review this list beforehand, just reach out and ask.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our townhome, and all are no more than a short drive away.
