The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests shall vacate Premises before designated check-out. If guests leave Premises more than ten (10) minutes after posted check-out time, a $75 fee will be charged.
If possession of Premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at base nightly rate without discounts.
All Guests must be approved before check-in. To have Guests approved, simply ensure that the number of claimed Guests on your reservation is accurate. A $250 fee per unlogged Guest shall be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. A $200 fine will be enforced if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit andisrespect the property
Pets are not allowed on or in the apartment complex unless they have been approved. Access to the unit will only be granted when pet fee is paid.
A $75 charge will apply for lost keyfob. A $150 replacement fee per wristband will apply if lost. POOL ACCESS is limited to 2 guests only.
