The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in with ease. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full cookware, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A breakfast bar with seating connects the kitchen to the living area, creating a casual space for meals or conversation.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony - a peaceful way to start or end your day. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen-size bed and connects to a full bathroom. Both rooms are made up with quality linens, and the condo includes hangers and ample storage for longer stays.

Bathroom
The condo offers 2.5 bathrooms in total. The ensuite features a bathtub, and a hair dryer is available. The additional full bathroom serves the second bedroom and guests, with essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper provided.

Outdoor & parking
Step out through the private boardwalk for direct beach access - an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after time on the sand. The balcony offers a comfortable outdoor perch with open ocean views. Free parking for two vehicles is included on the premises.

Practicalities
Self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, iron, and all the everyday essentials ensure this condo works just as well for an extended stay as it does for a shorter getaway. A private entrance adds an extra layer of convenience and privacy.
