Living space
The open living area draws in natural light throughout the day, centered around a comfortable seating area and a streaming TV for winding down after time by the water. Sliding doors open to the balcony and bring the coastal breeze indoors. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the environment comfortable year-round, while self check-in via keypad and a private entrance make arrival smooth and flexible.
 
Outdoor living
Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and settle into the steady rhythm of the water. This outdoor space extends naturally from the living area - quiet, open, and well-positioned at any time of day. The private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, so the shoreline is never more than a few steps away.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and sits near an additional full bathroom. A half bath rounds out the layout for added convenience during shared stays.
 
Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms include a bathtub and bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer are available, keeping post-beach cleanup and longer stays easy to manage.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well set up for cooking in, with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and breakfast bar offer flexible options depending on the mood - whether it's a relaxed morning meal or a full sit-down dinner after a day on the shore.
 
Amenities & essentials
WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available for staying connected when needed. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your time at the shore. Safety essentials including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are also on hand.
 
Parking & access
Two free parking spaces on premises make arrivals and day trips simple. Self check-in with a keypad offers a flexible, hassle-free start to your stay.

This property requires a minimum stay of two weeks. No pets permitted.
