You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Luxury condo right on the beach! Enjoy the oceanfront views at offseason prices!

Floor to ceiling windows provide exquisite views of the ocean in this corner unit vacation getaway. Walk right out onto the sand & beach ... or enjoy beach views from your patio. Condo is remodeled with brand new beach/coastal look and furniture. 1080 sq ft. of space. Full kitchen, bar set up, wine cooler, king size & adjustable beds, 3 TVs and internet, office space too. Pool.

Unit is on 3rd floor (end unit). There are two working elevators in the building.

Assigned a covered parking space as well as given two guest passes for parking in the lot in front of building.

20 day minimum rental. Guests must sign the rental lease agreement and be approved by me and the Association Board (quick process). Also Condo Association requires guest to submit a photo ID (picture of drivers license is fine).

A refundable security deposit or VRBO insurance option is required from guests prior to check in.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are allowed. For dogs, Condo Association permits only small dogs (under 25 lbs). There is a pet fee (see charges).

Dan is very easy to coordinate & work with. The condo offers beautiful beach views & is steps away from the beach. Well stocked with paper supplies, kitchen ware, & beach towels. Great location to enjoy Jax beach, easy access to Atlantic Beach for retail therapy and great restaurants-nice drive to St Augustine, Amelia Island and Jacksonville Riverwalk.

A beautiful unit with a million dollar view. Ample parking in a safe lot with unbelievable variety of stores and restaurants. Host Dan was available if something came up and the unit was supplied with “everything “ a two bedroom two bath unit should have, including beach accessories. Hope to return in the future, it was a great month.

This unit is terrific! It's recently updated and clean. Dan is easy and swift to communicate with. He went above and beyond saving us a spot in the rack for our bikes too. The location is convenient to lots of good restaurants, many of which you can get to on foot. We spent a full month here, and loved every minute of it!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is so well equipped, you won’t need anything. It has all the comforts of home. The owner has thought of everything you might need. The view of the ocean is spectacular. You can enjoy looking at the waves from the balcony, the living, dining area as well as the master bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. Great Location

This is our third year renting on Jacksonville Beach and by far this was the best place. The owner thought of everything for our comfort. It felt like home the 3 weeks we were here. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds and the living room furniture was fabulous!
