This lovely oceanfront pet-friendly home offers a rare layout designed for privacy and relaxation, complete with an oceanfront patio and a two-car garage. The home is thoughtfully divided into two separate buildings connected by an open-air courtyard, giving everyone space while still staying close.

The main house includes the primary living areas, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and the primary bedroom. The kitchen is set up for easy meal prep and opens to a dining table with seating for eight. The living room features ocean views and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. The primary bedroom also enjoys ocean views and includes a king bed, TV, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Step outside to the oceanfront patio, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. An attached boardwalk provides easy, stair-free access to the beach, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility concerns or for carrying beach gear to the shore.

Just across the courtyard, the secondary building includes two guest bedrooms that connect internally while also offering separate private entrances. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. One features a queen bed, dresser, TV, and a tub/shower combo, while the second offers two twin beds, a dresser, TV, and its own tub/shower combo.

This unique setup is especially well suited for families or groups who appreciate extra privacy, allowing each space to feel like a retreat of its own while still enjoying time together.

The beachfront here is shared with county-permitted vehicle access. Please note that this home does not have a pool. Beyond the beach, there's plenty to enjoy nearby, including shopping, dining, and exploring downtown Fernandina Beach, all within about a 15-minute drive.

To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
