2nd time staying here

This visit was just as good as our first visit last year. It is clean and the location is great. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the beach and pool but the condo was big enough for us to enjoy dinners and games at home.

Family fun

We came to enjoy a birthday party for my grandchild and to spend time with family. The condo has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was spacious and comfortable. It is convenient to resturaunts, parks and Fort Clinch State Park. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo is so convenient to the beach. We truly appreciated the chairs and wagon which we were happy to find and use. The parking garage was also very helpful. Being within walking distance of restaurants and the convenience store allowed us to really settle in and enjoy our time together. Thank you!!

Great Fernandina Beach Mini Vacation

When we arrived we were greeted with an amazing vacation condo just steps from the beach. Daniel the host was great and responsive. I think our only issue was the master bedroom smoke alarm needed a new battery- but he’s probably just now seeing that from this post 😅. I highly recommend this vacation rental for any amount of time on Amelia island 🏝️, it really is perfect!

Beautiful, roomy condo

It was a very beautiful, roomy condo. It was the perfect fit for 3 families to fit comfortably with two toddlers. The location was perfect as well. We loved using the balcony, but the beds were very uncomfortable. We had to purchase some memory foam to make them comfortable. It would be nice if the queen bedrooms had tv’s. If the bikes were for us to use, we couldn’t get them out because the gate door would not open enough. Also there was a car always in the way, and the bike tires were flat. Chairs we’re great thank you for them.

Perfect stay in a perfect place!

This was my family's 6th stay in Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach, never twice at the same place. This condo was perfect for us! We had 3 adults and 1 dog and we all enjoyed how well kept and well-stocked the unit was. Everything from towels to beach towels, to beach chairs, to 2 bikes even, and even all the seasonings you needed in the kitchen! Pots and pans galore, and starters and refills for the essentials (paper towels, etc). The unit was very clean as well, spotless I would even say. The location is also great right next to the Main Beach Park and a short easy walk to the beach. Walking distance to nearby restaurants (try Sandbar!) also made the stay wonderful. Getting to shopping downtown or to groceries was just a 10 min drive. If I had to list one gripe, it would be that I wish the TVs had more cable channels beyond the local channels. Not saying HBO is needed or anything, but basic cable would have been nice for while we were cooking dinner and unwinding at night. However, the TVs do have all the Smart apps so we logged in with Netflix for entertainment. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we would gladly come back here again!

Beuatiful home-ready to book again!

We booked a quick 2 night trip for our large family of eight. 4 kids and 4 adults. This property is so much prettier in person than the listed photos. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax. Big rooms, closets, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, pantry etc. The pool was perfect. Cool, clean and safe. Its gated and locked so only residents at the condo can get in. We are right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The street is easy to cross with minimal traffic. There is a nearby skate park and playground. This unit is pet friendly and the beach is dog friendly. There were a few bottles of water for us, a bottle of wine and some snacks left in a basket. Walmart does grocery delivery to this area, so that was a big help! The linens were very soft and comfy. We appreciated the soft blankets on each sofa and chairs. There were even some beach chairs, and beach towels available to use The unit was very clean and I feel we were the first family to rent this condo. You can tell someone put in the extra effort to make this the best experience. I would recommend anyone to book this place. You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous Location, Wonderful Condo

Last year, we stayed at this condo for one week. We loved the one-minute (if that) walk to the beach and the generous space and decor of the condo that we stayed two weeks this year! The grassy park area directly across from the condo is perfect for walking our dog (they added two beach volleyball courts!), and parking is convenient (this year we had two cars; parked one underground and one outside on the street). The condo shows a few signs of wear and tear (kitchen cabinets, couches) but nothing that would deter us from staying again. With three bedrooms and three baths, there's plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was with the top oven. We cooked a pizza and the smoking that resulted from prior splatter was so bad, we were concerned the smoke detectors would go off (thankfully they didn't, but the oven needs a very good clean). My husband and I both have back issues and though the master bed is reasonably comfortable, a memory foam mattress topper would be welcomed. If you're a shark tooth hunter, we found 678! We went to Fort Clinch and Main Beach. Haven't hunted for teeth yet...careful, it's addicting! Salt Life restaurant next door is a great option. Overall, this is a wonderful condo with ample room for family, a pet, exercising, lounging around, and comfortably settling in for R & R!

August stay

Overall, we had a great stay! It’s a great condo with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Never felt like we were in each others space. The location is great and close to the beach. We appreciated the parking spot in the garage. We were there during Debby, and this showed some weak spots in the foundation around the windows. The front two windows leaked terribly when it was raining. There was also rain that came into a window in the master and the queen room with attached bath. Our guest contact was made aware. Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be an easy fix, so nothing was completed. I hope that the HOA is able to make corrections because it was alarming and time consuming to continually switch out towels etc. We noticed only a broom available in the home, and asked the guest contact for a sweeper and one was made available. The ovens had been left with lots of burned food in the bottom, and we had to clean those to make them useable and not cause the place to smoke. We also noted what looked to be wet dried marks on the furniture from people sitting in wet suits or drinks on the arm rests. Our guest contact was easy to contact and responded well and offered to come have them cleaned. This is a great unit, the cleaners just need to spend a little more attention to detail. We would return to this unit!
