This gorgeous Beachwood property is a hidden gem with a short, lovely walk to the beach. Crisp, clean white shiplap walls, walnut floors and a modern updated vibe make up this delightful 2 bed, 2 bath beachside retreat. Completely remodeled with beautiful finishings, this luxury villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

The fully updated and open concept kitchen, dining and living area open to a covered balcony with gorgeous views of the live oaks, the complex pool, the golf course, and the pond. In the kitchen you'll find premium appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and bar seating for three. The beautiful wood based, glass top dining table seats six additional guests. The spacious living area offers a beige sofa and 2 chairs centered around a large flat screen smart television.

The master retreat includes a king bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bath with a gorgeous walk in shower and double vanity. Just across the hall, the second bedroom offers two full size beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 50 lbs combined or 1 larger dog weighing no more than 50 lbs- A non-refundable pet fee is required.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and was a short walk to the beach! The unit was nestled in a lush canopy of trees yet the balcony overlooked the pool. It was well-stocked with cookware, beach towels, and even a wagon with beach chairs. We would stay here again!

Loved Amelia Island!

Perfect condo for our family. Beautiful, comfortable condo was just perfect for our vacation. Location is fantastic and having the pool so close was perfect for late afternoons after a day at beach. Having the beach chairs, wagon and towels another big plus! First time to Amelia Island and loved it. Will book again in future!

Perfect Getaway!

This property is just like the pictures. We enjoyed the quietness and didn’t mind the short walk to the beach. The hosts thought of everything including a coffee station, beach cart, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids. We are already planning a return trip.

Lovely condo

The pictures did not do this place justice. We had a lovely stay, it was extremely clean and had almost everything you could want. The owners have put lots of thought into the little details and was very responsive to any questions.

Very nice condo

Great way to stay at the Villas at Amelia Island. It is appropriately advertised, but you do not have access to the Omni facilities (pool at the main hotel), but you are paying considerably less for a much nicer property than staying at one of the Omni villas.

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience! While we didn’t have much need for support, when we did need to reach out the host was extremely responsive! We also greatly appreciated the proactive reach outs from their side to check in with us just to ensure we had what we needed. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the games & beach items available for us to use! The location is great and easy walk to the beach. Loved our time here!

Great getaway

The location and property were fantastic. It was a quick getaway for our family before school started and was perfect. A quick walk to the beach and we were able to relax at the pool in the afternoon. The property is beautiful with the tree lined roads and walking trails. The condo was exactly as the pictures show and just enough room to stretch out and unwind. We would definitely choose this unit again.

The perfect place for my family

We absolutely love our stay! The unit was welcoming and was very clean. I personally love the design and decor of the unit. The owners thought of everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs which we found to be very useful at the beach. The beach was within walking distance and it was super convenience that the pool was just directly behind the unit. Our stay was great. The whole entire family enjoyed it and we are definitely planning on returning in the near future.

Beautiful and Convenient

Beautiful unit, exactly as in the pictures. Easy walk to the beach. We stayed for a week and found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Overall highly recommend. We’ll be back! :)

Peaceful Vacay

Top notch accommodations and peppery. The condo was perfectly situated close to the beach and private pool area. We took advantage of the fishing ponds, walking trails and shops on the property. They thought of everything as hosts from comfortable snuggly blankets, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon to haul your gear. The condo is beautifully decorated and a wonderful view of the Spanish moss having from the large oaks. I cannot wait to book the next trip here!

Exactly what we needed

So happy with this property. You feel tucked away yet you are so close to the pool and the beach. (The beach was much easier to access than I had anticipated). This condo is stocked with a lot of thoughtful additions. Cleanliness is at the top of our list and this property was pristine. Management checked in several times and was readily available for our needs, though we had none. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
