This is a great place to experience Amelia Island. 3 bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms and a fantastic backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating! Even lights with a remote control! Exactly as described and great communication with the hosts. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was perfect! Very, charming, cozy, and clean. Easy entry and check out because everything was a expected per the check in/out information. Also, we all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space in the evening by the fire pit. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if returning to the area!

Family reunion

We needed a large enough space for my adult children and grandchildren to stay during the 4th of July weekend. The layout of the house worked perfectly. Fenced in yard was great for my son’s two dogs. The house had every thing we could need and the host was super available when we needed them.

Family time

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy and the location of the house was perfect with toddlers. Bonus on the openness of allowing our dog to stay. Its a 10 minute ride to downtown fernandina or amelia island where we enjoyed dinners out. The hosts were easy to work with and even reached out to notify us that we had left some valuables, which we were able to retrieve. Thanks for the hospitality.
