Staff at check in was excellent. I did not enjoy the sticky floor in the room, the burnt bedding, the ink stained bath math, a old grey colored face cloth, a clogged sink, and I might be forgetting something.

Good service, but not clean

Service at front desk was perfect. The place seemed safe. Those two parts of the stay were good. But the room was not too clean and that just made it uncomfortable. Also, the toilet ran.

The staff was very nice! But the property is run down /hardwood floor was gritty not swept or mopped/ terrible flat pillows / lots of people traffic walking thru parking lot that were not staying there/ we ask they claim to not have any issues but I was a little worried about our vehicle and checked on it thru out the night! The price was reasonable to stay here!

The room was big and clean and the bed was fine. The staff (Kay) was awesome! Having Denny's next door is a definite plus. However, the the microwave didn't work, the refrigerator did not get cold, The television remote was dead, and there was no phone in the room! If everything thing had been working properly, it would have been better.

My stay was relaxing and the check-in/out process was very quick and the staff was quite friendly. I'm sorry to say that cleanliness was very disappointing. I always carry paper towels, Chlorox wipes, and window cleaner in my car. I used a half a container of wipes cleaning the furniture, front door, a/c unit, bath vanity, and toilet. There were only 2 sets of thin, under-sized towels, no bath mat, and only 1 trash can. I can assure you that the room was cleaner when i left than when i arrived.
