Clean and beautiful rooms

Love the decorations of the rooms and how clean and tidy the place was overall. It was nice having a parking spot as well. Great job on the place, you guy did great.

Excellent accommodations. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen, multiple bathrooms and multiple televisions made for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Overnight stay

We stopped off in Jacksonville overnight on our way to Port Canaveral. The place was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the three of us. It was in a convenient location - not too far off the highway, but far enough so that we weren't hearing the highways sounds. We would stay here again.

Friends trip to Jax

The ONLY downside of this stay was not fully understanding where the guest entrance was on day 1. Once we figured out the GPS directions took us to the wrong gate we had no issues gaining access. Everything about the stay was seamless, the place was clean and prepped for our arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely use again!

Fantastic

Nice and cozy very clean.. I enjoyed my time at this property. Host was great at responding I didn’t have any issue with loudness around me. I slept amazing and my kids enjoyed it. If I could rate this a 10 I would!

Overall nice stay

Seem like a safe area to stay in, and appreciated the drinks/beverage in frig and the coffee station as well as a filtered water tap at the sink! Host was very nice, but sometimes slow to respond to communications. Quite a bit of noise that sounded like a small child running around in the unit above us, early in the mornings!

Rented this place to stay at after going to top golf. It was a decent place. The bathrooms looked dirty. Some kitchen outlets did not work. Didn’t even stay the whole night. The people above us walked so hard it sounded like they were stomping on purpose and people were screaming, which didn’t really make us feel safe so we left.

Girls stay

We had a great stay for the most part at this property. Host was responsive, property was clean. Only cons was property and trash was hard to find once in the complex. Also, the twin beds were rock hard, and there is a child on the second floor, so lots of noise from upstairs here and there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Farewell Stay

Luis let myself and my friends use this residence while we stayed in Jacksonville to say goodbye to a friend who had passed. The cleanliness of the space was immaculate and the communication between Luis and myself was flawless. The space was a 3/2, with plenty of space for potentially a bigger group or family vacations. If I need to come To Jacksonville again, I would definitely stay here.

Jax property

Very nice Condo-clean. Too much noise from the apartment overhead. People need to be told that there are two entrances and that Mapquest may not take you to the right one (the one with the punch in code). Other than that, for a first time VRBO guest, we were comfortable. Noise from above should be addressed.

Excellent space

What a lovely space this is. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, four adults had plenty of room. The living room/dining area are comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was very nice. The special touches (shampoo, toothbrushes & paste, hair dryer, etc.) made this visit easy for travelers. Communication with Luis was excellent. Private phone # was provided in case we needed anything. Great place. We'll come again!

Luis is AMAZING!

Luis was an amazing host. My 77 year old mom was fleeing to jax from Hurricane milton in ft. Myers. We have cats and she's allergic so we needed to find somewhere for her to stay. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time. Thank you, Luis, for everything. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to jax!

Girls Trip

Girls Trip planned for Friday until Sunday. As noted on the reservations check in information would be received by Tuesday prior to the trip. Requested information from owner by was notified information will be sent day of reservation. Uncomfortable traveling 4 hours without certainty of accommodations. The gated community was very nice. Door key code wasn’t allowing me to enter the unit and the primary contact telephone number no one answered. I was able to contact the owner via telephone number on the reservation page. Luis quickly activated another code for entry to the unit. The unit provided extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, which added ambience to our stay. The unit pictures are identical to the unit. Definitely a comfortable stay. The shower flooring housekeeping could benefit from some whitening to enlighten the color. We were never able to find the hot tub for the unit.

This was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and accommodating.The neighborhood is safe, nice and quiet. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly stay here again.
