Perfect family house

We enjoyed this house for our family Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for those who stayed over and extra room for the others. The house was so well-stocked. The hosts thought of everything.

Great Space

The space is beautifully decorated, sweet decor, it shows that the host really wants to provide a special environment to guests. Communication with Manager was excellent. The only downsides were the space was not well stocked with kitchenware, pots and pan to cook with were limited, the property shows normal wear and tear, there were limited towels to shower with, and limited toilet paper. If we would have not had to supply our toilet paper and bring additional pans we would have had a five-star experience.

We contacted the host Kayla at least 8 times regarding broken doors, dirt, hair from previous tenants, sharp edges broken on screens with no resolution until after we checked out. We then asked for her to contact the owner regarding our issues and had no response

Worst Vrbo Experience

Upon arrival the pool was filled with leaves, a rip in the couch, the outside table was missing the glass piece to place your dishes on, and we experienced issues with the tv. I also did not like the bathroom in the guest bedroom due to chipping paint on the tub floors. I believe the home is definitely over advertised as it relates to the pictures you see online versus in person. The outside pictures are not as advertised. After check out me and my family was hit a high fee. After informing her about the couch upon checkout she tried to charge me for it and also had a extreme fee which is not stated online. After speaking with owner and explaining my part she reduced the fees by $200. She basically makes up fees that’s not listed and expects you to pay them. Highly would not recommend this place to rent. There are far more lovely homes in the Orange Park community with less trouble, as me and my family make a trip there once a year.

This house was exactly like the pictures. There was so much room for us to enjoy. The backyard was so spacious and we had fun around the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly like it’s pictured and there was enough space for 5 people to not be on top of each other. The backyard is perfect for an outdoor get together. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, but Kayla accommodated us for not being able to use the pool. If I return to Jacksonville, I would definitely return to Kayla’s house.

It was a very nice house and location

Had 1 problem with the pool being dirty because of leaves from the tree. Called our host and the pool guy came the next morning and cleaned it for us. Very fast response
