Sawgrass Condo - New Gourmet Kitchen!

Wonderful roomy townhome/condo located in the prestigious Sawgrass Community on Deer Run Drive.

Deer Run is an end unit, with plenty of privacy and overlooks a small garden area and pond. The condo has plenty of room for everybody to enjoy each other....from puzzle tables, screened in porch, outdoor patio area and grill. The perfect home for a family vacation. We also offer guest membership (for a small additional fee) at a local beach club just down the street. Plenty of shopping, and restaurants, nearby.

The kitchen is newly renovated and has top of the line gourmet appliances. Located in the heart of the home...with plenty of room for a large family to gather, the large commercial grade stove is a chef's dream!!

Outside there are plenty of walking paths, a quiet area for reading and enjoying the breeze, and listening to the birds that also call Sawgrass home.

The bedrooms are all on the second level, with the master having it's own bath en suite. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath. All sofas pull out to double beds....just in case you have a unexpected guest!!

Great week at TPC

We needed a place to stay for TPC and this was perfect. The house had everything we needed and Kendra was a fantastic host. My teen and young adult sons were also very comfortable and we all had a wonderful time.

Very comfortable home!

This home is large and very comfortable. There are many options for sitting areas and everything you need is there. Pool towels, chairs-outdoor and pool, kitchen amenities and so many pillow options. We stayed a month with friends and family visiting throughout the time. It worked perfectly for us. We hope to be back here and will look to rent this place again.

No outdoor space, too close to recreational facility/parking - service trucks parking up BR window - noisy equipment beginning by 7am - no garbage disposal - owners controlled thermostat - weeks freezing - upper BRs 75 - too warm sleeping…LR furniture frayed/dirty/smelly - Master BR bed lumpy - asked to do sheets/towels before leaving - clean fridge - too much left over stuff in cabinets - no room to place groceries they were filled - many cabinets/closet locked…..garage a messy/cluttered…..half used personal products left in bathrooms & kitchen from either owners of renters….

Ladies Tennis Weekend

We had a great time at the "Seniorita Breast Cancer tennis tournament" in Sawgrass. The Condo was perfect for the 6 woman who stayed there. It was clean and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right next to the tennis courts. I highly recommend it & We can't wait to stay again!!

Great location!

This property was perfect for the 5 people in my family. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Every amenity is provided, including a kitchen full of everything you need for cooking, serving, and eating (and then some!) The lovely back porch and location within Sawgrass Country Cub was definitely a perk. Thank you Kendra for a wonderful experience!

Everything was wonderful, but it is always a problem dealing with the guards at the main gate. They always have trouble finding your name to give you the pass that has been called in. At one point they couldn't find the address. It is always a challenge!

We felt very welcomed to Ponte Vedra from the moment we walked into this home. It was beachy and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything that one would need for a vacation: supplies like toilet paper and soaps, lots of bathroom and beach towels, and even beach supplies like boogie boards, bikes, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and more. We felt so welcomed and comfortable from the first to last day. Thank you for your hospitality!
